I will have a stall at the Slow Fashion Lancaster event taking place Saturday 20th October at the Ashon Hall (Lancaster Town Hall) from 12:30 to 4:30 pm. Come and see my new creations. I will demonstrating how I make some of my pieces and you will be able to try some knitting and crochet for yourself. It is a chance to meet, have a chat and find out more about what Marcia Makes has to offer.
This is a hand-made card ideal for Valentine’s day, anniversaries or any other occasion when you just want to show your love. The heart on the cover is crocheted in two colours with 100% cotton threads and hand-sewn to a heavy white card. the card is left blank inside so you can write your own message.
This is more than a card. Just snip the little knots inside the card to have a crocheted keepsake. here are a some ideas of what you can do with your crocheted heart:
– sew it onto clothes, bags or cushions
– attach it to a chain and use as a key ring
– attach it to a safety pin and make a brooch
– thread it with a ribbon to make an ornament to hang on door handles, windows or coat hangers.

I will be taking part in the Meet the Makers event during the Easter weekend. It will be held at St. Nicholas Arcade in Lancaster city centre on Saturday 26th and Monday 28th March 2016. I will have some home and fashion accessories for sale. Come and have a look!
